Intranet Information Architecture, UI Design, Copywriting

From 2014 to 2017, one of the core functions of my role in Corporate Communications was to ensure a positive user experience via the Adidas Corporate Intranet, a SharePoint-based site.

  • First, I built and maintained an Information Architecture that enabled easy access to important details that employees needed in order to have a successful experience working at the company. I organized all informational pages in an easy-to-navigate informational hierarchy.

  • Secondly, I designed the User Interface of the individual web pages within the site structure, and I created branded page headers as well as graphics that linked to other relevant pages. The goal was to ensure style consistency across all pages while providing users with a visually pleasing experience and enabling high engagement rates of those pages.

  • Lastly, I wrote the content for each page, ensuring clarity of the message and consistency of tone of voice.

Below are screenshots of a selection of pages I designed; the first two pages share details about working in the new office in Boston, while the third serves the purpose of informing employees about a special brand program that ran in 2017. Copy has been obscured to ensure privacy of the Reebok brand.
